Stonebridge Village Summerlin
Another new village that’s taking shape in Summerlin is Stonebridge. It sits on elevated land west of Interstate-215 and north of West Charleston Boulevard at Sky Vista Drive. Stonebridge is located next to Paseos Village and is home to some of the most spectacular views of Red Rock in the Las Vegas Valley as it shares the boundary with Red Rock Canyon Conservation Area.
Stonebridge’s first neighborhood, Caledonia, debuted in December 2017 and is already selling homes. The homes constructed by KB Homes, Caledonia’ builder, adhere to the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency Energy Star 3.0 guidelines, and each home meets energy-saving requirements to provide energy savings throughout its life.
The village’s next neighborhood, Shadow Point by luxury home builder Toll Brothers, will start construction in 2018. A total of five neighborhoods are expected to break ground in 2018. Richmond American homes is also expected to build homes in this community.

Planned as a 502-acre village with 11 neighborhoods, Stonebridge will feature a Prairie Highland design through architecture, color, and landscape. Architectural plans also call for a 10-acre community park complete with soccer fields, trails, recreational areas and paseo corridors.
Stonebridge is the gateway to Red Rock Canyon Conservation Area, a natural gem that draws tourists from all over the world thanks to its panoramic views and abounds recreational opportunities for all ages.
Summerlin is a largest master-planned community in Las Vegas. It was developed by The Howard Hughes Corp., a Dallas, Texas-based real estate development and management company after first construction in the area started in 1990. The community is now home to almost 100,000 residents and is expected to continue growing in the coming years. The Howard Hughes Corp. helped to establish the boundary of the Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area before the community began to form, which protected Red Rock from development.
Those who make Stonebridge their home should expect access to Summerlin’s 250-plus parks including nearby The Paseos Park and The Vistas Park, Fox Hill Park and over 150 miles of interconnected trails that intersperse an entire master-planned community of Summerlin plus 10 golf courses.
Stonebridge lies in close proximity to Downtown Summerlin and nearby stores, restaurants and entertainment; Las Vegas Ballpark, a future new home of the Las Vegas 51s; City National Arena – practice facility of the Vegas Golden Knights, the town’s first hockey team.
Doral Academy Red Rock is the village’s main charter school, however, residents of Stonebridge have access to excellent Summerlin public schools like Rosemary and Billy Vassiliadis Elementary School, Palo Verde High School, Sig Rogich Middle School. There is also a great selection of private schools in Summerlin like Bishop Gorman High School, The Meadows School, Adelson Educational Campus, Alexander Dawson, The Shenker Academy and Faith Lutheran.
