Below are some graphs that represent the inventory levels of home on the market between 2013 and 2014. Often we are hearing that the market is not as strong as 2013 when in fact our inventory in greater Las Vegas still remains relatively low rolling into 2015. The below graphs indicate that we had 6% less inventory on the market in November of 2014 VS. November of 2014 with an average of 3 less days on the market.

This is just a snapshot of what is in our newsletter for this months. We offer both information on the national housing market and the greater Las Vegas area housing market.
