Country Club Hills

Palm Hills has nearly 600 homes that have been constructed between 1997 and 2009. Homes range between 1,544 and 4,415 square foot. This community is one of the most affordable guard gated areas in Las Vegas. It is also located in close proximity to elementary schools, highs school, and a community college.
Green Valley in Henderson

Master Series at Legacy
This guard gated community is located in the center of the Green Valley master plan. It features 325 homes that have been constructed between 1992 and 2000. Several sub-communities include The Estates, Inverness, Legacy Highlands and the Gallery at Grand Legacy. The Estates features custom homes, many of which are behind a second gate. Most of the homes in The Estates back to the Legacy Golf Course. Several holes of the Legacy Golf Course wind through the community with many homes, other than those in Legacy Estates, also backing to the course.
Hillsboro Heights is located in east-central Green Valley. Its houses range from 2,558 to 7,818 square feet. Some of the amenities in the community include neighborhood park and tennis court.
Among schools in the area is Greenspan Jr. High School and James Gibson Elementary School. Silver Springs Park is also in a close proximity. The nearby Green Valley Parkway has many shops and other businesses.

Estates at Green Valley Ranch

Foothills at Southern Highlands
Foothills at Southern Highlands boasts close to 300 homes all of which were built between 2001 and 2005. It is a short distance away from McCarran International Airport and The Las Vegas Strip. Elementary School is less than one mile away as is the Smith’s Food and Drug Center with several shopping options.
This sprawling guard-gated community is bordered by Tropicana Avenue and by Rainbow Boulevard to the east. It features 11 neighborhoods that have access to a fitness center, tennis court, pools and spas. Spanish Trails Golf and Country Club offer memberships to residents. The elevation at Spanish Trails ranges from 2,313 feet to 2,504 feet.
Spanish Hills is a guard-gated community that is located in southwest Las Vegas. Homes in the community have been constructed between 1993 and 2008 and have views of the Las Vegas Strip and the Red Rock Mountains. Spanish Hills’s nearest neighbor is a guard gated golf community called Spanish Trail. Spanish Hills has two tennis courts and many services and amenities within a short distance to lots of shopping plazas and not far from Downtown Summerlin. Several schools such as Clifford J. Lawrence Middle School, Merryhill School, and Lucille Rodgers Elementary are all located in the area.
Rhodes Ranch is a 1,500-acre planned golf course community located in the southwestern Las Vegas. Although the first homes were constructed in 1998, the building in this popular community continues to this day. Homes are built around an 18-hole Ted Robinson designed golf course. The golf course is a privately owned public access facility and provides discounts for local residents. The R-Club is a 35,000-square-foot facility that features exercise areas, indoor basketball and racquetball courts, four tennis courts as well as other common area facilities. This community is one of the more affordable guard gated communities in Las Vegas.
This guard gated community is located in southwest Las Vegas and includes the homes to the west of this guard gated area as well as those behind the guard gate, at Granada Hills, to the east. The homes at Granada Hills have been constructed between 1996 and 2003.
It is also less than a mile from the Interstate-215 which makes for a convenient commute to many other areas of the valley. A number of stores such as Smith’s Food and Drug Center, Lowe’s and Wal-Mart are within walking distance. Clifford J. Lawrence Middle School and Lucille Rodgers Elementary are within a short distance from Granada Hills.
Club Aliante is a guard gated community that features free-standing homes inside the master plan of Aliante. This is a sister community to Club Madeira in Anthem that has a country club ambiance. The community has a clubhouse with exercise room, pool, tennis courts and basketball court. Many of the homes here back to the Aliante Golf Course.
The community is within walking distance to Aliante Station Casino with all of its entertainment options and restaurants.
Painted Desert is one of the least expensive golf communities in Las Vegas situated around The Painted Desert Golf Course. It features homes, villas, and condominiums that have been built between 1987 and 2003. The elevation of Painted Desert ranges from 2,326 feet to 2,410 feet above sea level. There is a number of stores and restaurants in the vicinity of this community.
Los Prados features several communities half of which are age-restricted. The neighborhood is built around an 18-hole golf course and has benefited from a number of retail and restaurants that have been built in the area in recent years. The community clubhouse has pools and restaurants, one of which is only for adults. Most homes in Los Prados are single family detached homes, but there’s also a number of attached homes and townhouses. The elevation of Los Prados ranges from 2,216 and 2,300 feet above sea level. The community enjoys a more grass, trees, and water than you will have in any of the newer planned communities in Las Vegas
Ardiente is one of two newer age-restricted communities in North Las Vegas that sits south of Beltway-215 and west of the Interstate-15.
This is a guard gated community with six parks, a recreation center with exercise and craft areas, swimming pools, spas, bocce, and tennis facilities. Ardent sits about 2,000 feet above sea level. The community provides an easy commute to The Las Vegas Strip and McCarran International Airport. Nevada Veteran’s Administration Medical Center is located just 1 1/2 miles away from Ardent. A 55,000-square-foot commissary at Nellis Air Force Base 3 miles to the east.
