An Escape to Lake Las Vegas

Feeling as if you’re on vacation all the time is exactly what living in the Lake Las Vegas area offers. With beautiful million-dollar homes, a private lake, amazing scenery and an atmosphere similar to Italy, residents enjoy all this area offers. Whether you’re relocating and looking for one of the most luxurious communities or you prefer extreme privacy, you’ll find it in the Lake Las Vegas neighborhood.

There’s plenty to enjoy on the resort with three championship golf courses, Yacht and Beach Club, swimming facilities and more. All residents can find something they love. This area is perfect for those looking for a 24/7 vacation feel at home.

Excellent hotels make the area great for visitors and the scenery provides an escape to paradise. Lake Las Vegas is split into the northshore and southshore area, with both surrounded by hillsides. Northshore features many single-family homes and condominium buildings, along with a Jack Nicklaus-designed golf course called Reflection Bay Club.

Throughout the southshore area, many residences are found, along with the Southshore Golf Club designed by Jack Nicklaus. A third golf course is found near the entrance to the resort and it was designed by Tom Weiskopf.

Combining Residential and Commercial

The Lake Las Vegas was planned and developed at an excellent residential and commercial area. You will find all the amenities you need from lakeside docks to waterfront restaurants. Of course, it wouldn’t be part of Las Vegas without at least one casino nearby and residents can enjoy Casino MonteLago located within the area.

Nineteen neighborhoods make up the area with a variety of homes from custom built to lakeside villas to large luxury choices. No matter what type of home you’re looking for, you can find it here. Even quaint townhomes are found within the area. Many of the neighborhoods feature luxury homes priced over $1 million, while other neighborhoods provide affordable housing with a luxury feel.
